AI Disclosure
Effective date: July 9, 2026
StreetPrivacy uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence ("AI"), to help operate the service. We believe you should know when AI is involved, what it sees, and what it doesn't do. This page explains it plainly.
Where we use AI
- Order moderation. When you submit an address, an AI-assisted check reviews the request for obvious issues (for example, fake data, addresses outside our coverage, or requests that appear abusive) before a human reviews and submits it to the map provider.
- Duplicate detection. AI helps flag potential duplicate orders so we don't submit the same address twice.
- Support tooling. We may use AI to help draft responses to support emails. A human reviews anything sent to you.
What AI receives
- The address you submitted and public information about it.
- Metadata about your order (status, timestamps, order type).
- Any note or reason field you fill in on the order form.
What AI does NOT do
- We do not train AI models on your personal data. We use AI providers under agreements that prohibit them from using your data to train their public models.
- AI does not see your payment information.
- AI does not make the final decision to submit or reject your order — a human does.
- AI does not decide whether Google or another map provider applies a blur — that's the map provider.
- We do not sell AI outputs, prompts, or your data to third parties.
Human review
Every order that passes automated checks is reviewed by a person before it's submitted to a map provider. If our AI moderation flags your order incorrectly, a human will still see it and can override the flag. You can also contact us to request review at support@streetprivacy.com.
Limitations
AI systems can make mistakes. They may miss things a human would catch, or flag valid orders as suspicious. That's why final decisions and customer communications are reviewed by people. AI outputs on this site are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Your choices
- You can request that a human re-review any automated decision that affected your order by emailing support@streetprivacy.com.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through the Privacy Center.
Changes to this disclosure
We'll update this page if our use of AI materially changes. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
