Refund Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026
Our money-back guarantee
StreetPrivacy guarantees that we will submit the exact blur region you approve on the confirmation screenshot and follow up with Google until the request is processed. If we fail to submit and follow through on the approved region, you are entitled to a full refund of the service portion of your order. The guarantee covers our submission and follow-through work — it does not cover areas outside the approved region (for example, driveways, front yards, or vehicles parked on the street), and third-party listing-photo removals on Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com are best-effort because each platform sets its own policy.
What is refundable
- The service portion of the order (default: $29.99, or the founding-customer discounted amount if applied).
- Store credit that was redeemed at checkout is returned to your store-credit balance.
What is not refundable
- The processing fee (default: $4.99) covers non-recoverable payment processing and verification costs and is always non-refundable.
- Orders where the customer provided false or misleading information (for example, an address they do not own or occupy, or a false attestation).
- Orders where the visible imagery has already been blurred by Google or the underlying platform prior to our submission (we perform a coverage check at checkout to avoid this).
How refunds work
Because we charge orders under an authorize-first flow, most refund cases result in the authorization being voided before it captures — you will not be charged at all, and no refund is necessary. If your card has already been captured, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email support@streetprivacy.com from the address used to place the order and include your order ID. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are almost always able to resolve issues faster and more completely than a bank dispute, and unnecessary chargebacks can delay any refund you may be entitled to.
